It is understood that anyone who uses this site follows the terms and conditions set out as below.

If you do not wish to abide by these rules then please do not use the site.

Users not abiding by these terms and conditions will be dealt with at the Admins discretion, and may have WGL membership and included privileges revoked without notice.

It is the user’s responsibility to make sure they are aware of the most current terms and conditions.

1. General.

a) When you sign up for any of the WGL events, this is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the WGL T&Cs. We reserve the right to amend these at any time, and your acceptance of this is your usage of our site.

b) You must be at least the minimum legal age to play the game(s) we cater for, and the software license must be licensed to you to be permitted to play in events. Failure to meet these requirements will result in your membership being revoked, and you will not be permitted to play in WGL events.

c) All of the content, logos, banners etc are property of WGL and its ownership, and any use of our Designs are subject to the permissions of the ownership.

d) By using our site, you agree to us using your username, clan tag, and any associated labels you use within our site and in relation to WGL run events, these details can be used in relation to advertising, promotion or disclosure of winners and prizes.

e) All information you input into your user details will be correct and accurate, otherwise you face your membership being revoked.

2. Forums.

a) In relation to forum usage, WGL admins have the right to remove, or moderate posts at their own discretion.
b) Profanities, lewd or pornographic material, offensive or threatening behaviour, racism or discrimination of any kind are all prohibited. This list is not exhaustive and the admins have the right to deal with inappropriate behaviour of any kind as they see fit.
c) The contents of the forums will remain the property of the WGL ownership. We will not be held responsible for information shared by the WGL user base.
d) Spamming and flooding will not be permitted.
e) Anyone found guilty of any of the above will be dealt with at the admins discretion. Any of the above which may involve illegal activity will be handed over to the appropriate authorities to deal with.

3. Prizes.

a) Any of the prizes or deals offered through WGL are “sold as seen” i.e. warranty free.
b) Any sponsorship promotions acquired by WGL members through the WGL site are the responsibility of Said Sponsor group and not the responsibility of WGL.

4. Miscellaneous.

a) You as the user have the sole responsibility for your account safety, any breach of this safety will be your own responsibility, and account transfer is not an option.
b) You will be aware that the WGL management maintains the right to retain access to your account for investigatory and/or disciplinary purposes, in relation to any complaints procedure.
c) The WGL ownership maintains the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time with or without notice in relation to a breach of any of the above terms and conditions.
d) The management maintains the right to cancel any of the events with or without reason, effective upon notification to members by whichever method the admins choose to avail.
e) The management hold no responsibility for any damage done to your PC by user submitted links. What you click is your responsibility.

These terms and conditions are being updated on a regular basis, it is the user’s responsibility to read them and abide by them, Admins have the right to deal with any breach in the conditions at their own discretion.
